As some of you might have known, I mentioned that Bloggerwave is a scam in one of my earlier posts. At the time of writing that post, Bloggerwave which is one of the few paid blogging networks around had not paid me the money they owed me, even though it was well past the 30 days they had asked me to wait.
Today when I logged into my PayPal account, I realized that they had just sent me payment
. The payment was sent on the 15th of August 2008 for a job I had completed on the 18th of June 2008. Yes, it’s much later than the 30 days after which they say the send payment, but late is still much better than never, don’t you agree?
As Bloggerwave does pay, I guess this makes Bloggerwave a legitimate paid blogging network that really does pay and I can’t call Bloggerwave a scam anymore
. That said, I have only received one job from Bloggerwave so far, and from what I have seen, I don’t think I will be getting any in the near future, so don’t hang all of your hopes on Bloggerwave to be one of your stable income streams.
If you’re interested in trying out paid blogging, try out Bloggerwave (Payment proof)and BlogToProfit (Payment proof) as these two paid blogging networks are the only ones that have paid me so far. And do take away your misconception that Bloggerwave is a scam, as this post quite accurately proves that it isn’t.
Bloggerwave is one of the paid blogging networks that I listed in my list of paid blogging networks a couple of months ago, at the time of writing it I had just started out trying Bloggerwave and even though there were some complaints on the internet that said Bloggerwave didn’t pay, I decided to hope for the best and that Bloggerwave can prove those bloggers wrong. Now, I’m sad to say that I’m starting to think that Bloggerwave is a scam and doesn’t payout at all.
I recently did a job for Bloggerwave, the only job that I actually got assigned by them in fact, and after waiting for more than the 30 days they stated in their FAQ that I should wait before they pay me, I have yet to recieve a single cent from Bloggerwave. As you can see from the picture below, I had submitted the post on the 18th of June 2008. Today it’s the 1st of August, nearly 45 days since I submitted my post and I haven’t receive any news from them. Yes, I had tried to contact them twice, and twice I did not receive any reply.
I really hope that somehow they just overlooked paying me and my repeated tries to contact them. For now I’ll still leave the posts I did for them active on my blog and hope for the best, that is that Bloggerwave will pay me the $10 they owe me. But for now, I really recommend that any of you bloggers who want to try paid blogging to stay away from Bloggerwave as so far everything I have seen from it appears to be a scam.
Has anyone of you been paid for doing the first job they offer you when you sign up, or have other similar bad experiences? If you have, please leave your comments below so that other readers can benefit from it.
[UPDATE: Bloggerwave has sent me payment. Although the payment is late by many days, I have to admit that I’m pretty happy. I guess we can’t be calling Bloggerwave a scam anymore.]
I just found out that BlogToProfit had sent me payment for 2 posts I made this month, which is $10.00, $5 per post I made for them. So far I had 3 offers this month but I only took up 2 offers as I felt the 3rd offer to be too troublesome, but now on looking back I wish I had take up the 3rd offer too
I know some of the paid blogging networks out there are scams and don’t actually pay you, but I want to tell you that BlogToProfit isn’t one of them as I really received payment from them. I must admit I was skeptical at first, which was one of the reasons I didn’t want to take up their 3rd offer.
The 2 offers I had completed were confirmed by July the 14th and July the 16th respectively, I then received a message from them on the 20th of July stating that I would received my payment lastest by the 25th of July. After checking my paypal transaction I realized that I got paid on the 26th of July, hmm, one day late but still they paid.
Cheers to BlogToProfit, the paid blogging network that does actually pay you

Here’s a list of some of the more popular paid blogging networks around. As this list is quite long, I’m pretty sure there are some paid blogging networks here they haven’t even heard before so you might want to give them a try. I haven’t tried all of them yet, the ones which I have tried so far are Smorty, SponsoredReviews, LinkPost by LinkWorth, Bloggerwave, BlogToProfit and a few more. Have fun trying them out
. I’ll post a list of recommended paid blogging networks with detailed reviews in the near future, but for now, just know that there are more than one paid blogging network out there, which also means more money making opportunities
Some quick information for all you who are new to the paid blogging industry. First of all, you earn money from paid blogging networks by blogging about a specific product, services or other things. You can either write it as an advertorial, in a promoting manner, or just as a “let-you-know” post and paid blogging networks will pay you for the post. Once your post has been confirmed and accepted, you’ll generally get paid after a set number of days. As the money earned for every post is quite high, paid blogging is a quick and easy way to supplement your income as a blogger. Hehe.
Enjoy
Note: They are in no particular order and this list will be updated regularly.
Credit for this goes to Dan.

I’ll keep adding more in the near future. If you know any paid blogging networks that are reputable and do pay, please leave a comment here so I can put it in the list. Due credit will be given to you.
My first job opportunity which I did for Bloggerwave on the 18th of June, has finally been accepted today the 22nd of June, after waiting for 4 days. In the an email they sent me, they said that I would receive payment within 30 days, this is to prevent bloggers to delete the post right after getting paid. I’m really excited about this payment that would be coming, as this would be the first amount of money I earn by doing paid posts. However, I did hear quite a few stories about Bloggerwave being a troublesome company by not paying on time, sometimes not paying at all. Some bloggers have even gone as far as to say that Bloggerwave is a scam. I however like to believe the best in people (in this case companies). I am really looking forward to this payment
. I’ll keep you guys informed when or if I get paid.

If you own a blog and want to make money by writing reviews on different products and services, then I recommend Bloggerwave for you. Bloggerwave is an European Advertising media on blogs which is rising in popularity recently. I think Bloggerwave can easily help increase income made by bloggers from their blog quite easily. For example, when you first join them, the first job you would have is to write about them. This 50 word review I’m writing would probably earn me $10.
For those of you who wants to drive traffic to your new site or new service, then I also would recommend Bloggerwave to you. Imagine having a network of bloggers writing about your site, all the buzz something like that could create:)
I highly recommend Bloggerwave as so far it has given me a good impression. Find out more about bloggerwave here.
Nowadays bloggers can also make money and monetize their website by doing paid blogging. Paid blogging is actually writing a review or advertisement in you blog and then getting paid for it. It’s a win-win-win situation. The advertiser gets the word out about his site, product or service while the publisher (aka blogger) gets paid for writing a post on his blog and the readers usually get to know of some useful service and product.
This category, the "Paid Blogging" category is where I would write about what I learn from the whole Paid Blogging industry, reviews of different blog advertisement networks, news in the Paid Blogging industry, paid posts, my earnings so far and much more - basically everything that is to do with the whole Paid Blogging industry.
Note: From what I have seen so far, the Paid Blogging industry pays far better than the GPT (Get Paid To) industry. Of course to be able to earn money from the Paid Blogging industry the requirements are much higher, such as having a blog which is relatively well read. Oh well, I do hope that I can join some networks and write about my journey through the Paid Blogging industry.
To my success
